Mentre a poche centinaia di metri si celebra, a Foggia, la Festa ufficiale della Liberazione, in una deserta villa comunale il Kollettivo Jacob, domenica 25 aprile 2010, ricorda gli unici due partigiani foggiani. I fratelli Vincenzo e Luigi Biondi, nell'estate del '43, abbandonata una città, Foggia, distrutta dai bombardamenti anglo-americani, si uniscono al gruppo partigiano “Bande Colle San Marco” che opera in provincia di Ascoli Piceno. Il 3 ottobre del '43, i due sono massacrati dai nazisti dopo una battaglia durata tre giorni. Nella villa comunale di Foggia un monumento ricorda i fratelli Biondi. Acquaragia e fiori: il monumento viene ripulito dalle scritte, come ogni anno, nel corso della “unofficial” Festa della Liberazione del Kollettivo.
